Overcoming Agoraphobia and Anxiety Disorders

I used to take these things and more for granted, then because of a severe anxiety disorder I couldn’t do any of them, I was stuck in the house with constant panic attacks for years. It’s been a LONG, gradual process to get to this point, and I still have a long way to go, but it’s still progress.
