We checked in with Officer Sailor and his newly adopted dog, Mila. When he first saw Mila, she was chained behind a fence and severely malnourished. As soon as she was freed, Mila ran straight to Officer Sailor. He adopted Mila as soon as he could. Now, we're happy to report -- Mila is adjusting to her new life beautifully.
