A crew member who died on a P&O Cruises ship last year was crushed in an elevator shaft, according to investigators.
The months-long delay in restoring elevator service at the GCIC building in Hagåtña stems from unaddressed structural issues, not failures by contractors, according to Oceania Elevator Company.
